The Experience Blueprint
An evidence-informed vision for what your technology should feel like, who it's for, and what to build next.
The before
You know exactly what your technology does. What's harder to see is what it means once it enters someone's life
Maybe you think it's a marketing problem and it's actually trust.
Maybe the audience you're chasing isn't the one already reaching for you.
Maybe the product is impressive and still doesn't fit into anyone's beauty ritual yet.
What this is
Experience strategy and future prototyping, built around the person using your technology
I start with what you're building, get close to the people experiencing it, find the gap between the experience you have and the one they actually want, then make that future tangible.
The technology serves the experience, not the other way around. Sometimes that's XR. Sometimes it's something much simpler.

Includes up to five user conversations and your existing customer data. Deeper research folds into a longer engagement.
What you walk away with
Your Blueprint, in two parts.

Every blueprint includes
01
Your current user journey
02
The needs and tensions shaping it
03
The experience opportunity
04
Clear priorities for what to build or test next

The tangible result
The result is a tangible vision for what the experience could be, why it matters, and what to explore next.
Your Experience Blueprint gives shape to that vision, using whatever combination of research, concepts, scenarios, prototypes, or visualizations helps make the opportunity clear and actionable.
Something you can hand to a developer, align a team around, or pitch from. Less a deck of ideas, more a direction you can act on.

Bryana Ellis
Founder + Experience Designer, The Cosmetech Case
I’m a human-centered designer exploring what happens when technology, culture, and everyday experiences collide.
Through The Cosmetech Case, I help turn emerging ideas into tangible experiences people can see, question, and imagine themselves in. My background spans experience design, research, facilitation, and emerging technology, with a particular interest in the spaces where new behaviors and expectations are still taking shape.
Built from real conversations with six beauty tech founders, not a framework built in a vacuum.
The investment
The Experience Blueprint is an investment in knowing what to build before you build it.

Who it's for
Early stage founders with a real technology or product, bootstrapped or funded. Stage of the idea matters more than size of the company.
You’re building a real beauty technology, not just using one.
You can explain what it does, but not yet what it should feel like.
You want evidence behind your next move, not just ideas.
You care about who your technology serves and who it’s been leaving out.
Questions
How long does an Experience Blueprint take?
It’s a focused engagement, not a long consulting project. Most happen across a few working sessions, and the exact shape depends on what we’re exploring.
Is this only for beauty tech?
t’s rooted in beauty, technology, and culture, and that’s where it’s sharpest. But the same way of working can translate to adjacent consumer, retail, and wellness ideas. If you’re somewhere in that world, reach out.
Is this only for immersive or XR experiences?
No. Immersive tech can be part of it, but it isn’t the requirement. The Blueprint is shaped around the opportunity, so the result might be a service experience, a digital or physical product, a future scenario, a prototype, or something else entirely.
What if I’m still pre-launch?
That’s completely fine. You don’t need a finished product or a fully formed concept. The Blueprint helps make an early idea tangible, surfaces what’s worth exploring, and gives you a clearer direction before you build.
